Health coaching is about addressing health and wellbeing from an all encompassing perspective. It is not purely about nutrition and fitness. This holistic approach takes into account all aspects of an individual - from medical history, diet and exercise; to relationships, work and your sense of identity and self confidence.

As a health and well-being coach I am equipped to advise and support you in all areas of your life, and will share my skills and expertise based on the specific needs of each of my clients.


In addition to my coaching qualification, I have undertaken counselling training and spent a great deal of time and research developing an understanding of human behaviour and motivation. I am deeply committed to providing the best possible support to each person I work with and am always learning and expanding my skills.


I have been on a long and arduous journey of my own, battling poor mental health and working towards recovery. It took years of reflection, self compassion and discipline to get to where I am today. I am living proof of the value of this holistic approach to health and I practice what I preach.


Therapists are trained listeners. While they can provide valuable reflective space, they do not provide guidance on the kinds of changes you can make in order to improve your health and how to ensure significant behavioural change through practical and sustainable means.


Not only will I provide a safe space for you to share and reflect, as a health coach, I can also provide advice on changes you can make within your life to see significant improvement in your wellbeing. From dietary advice, fitness and exercise tips, to practical tools for emotional regulation.


I work with clients from all walks of life who are committed to personal growth and aspiring towards a better quality of life. 

My area of expertise lies within mental health coaching, however I am open and able to support those with concerns beyond this specific area. Some of my clients are pursuing physical fitness goals and striving for better body confidence, while others are looking to improve their relationships or find greater fulfillment in life. Whatever your needs, I am happy to support you.

I offer a range of services designed to provide you with the most comprehensive support and engagement. Because my approach to coaching is client-led, I am guided by the needs of each individual - meaning I tailor packages to suit you. Whether you are constrained by budget or time, or unsure if coaching is for you, I want to make sure you get the most out of the process. 


You can choose to purchase a package as is, or we can come up with a bespoke plan that works specifically for you. The initial session is 90 minutes and involves a detailed health and lifestyle assessment to identify areas for improvement and any targeted support you might need. We then explore options for how we can work together and agree a package or combination of services that best suits your needs. 


Follow-up sessions are up to an hour dependent on how much time you feel you need to check in and review progress. These sessions are also an opportunity for us to explore tools and activities to help you address challenges and ensure you're progressing.


I recommend meeting weekly or every other week. Accountability is a very important part of this process and so it is important that we have consistent check-in's to keep you on track and motivated. The number of sessions, as well as any contact between appointments will depend on whatever package we have agreed together.


Yes, this is absolutely possible. I offer longer, more intensive one-off sessions which are targeted towards goals and practical strategies to empower you to work independently. 

I will follow up with you after a few weeks for a brief chat to check in on your progress.


You will still have the option to book additional consultations thereafter, if you find that you need more support. These can be booked any time after your first appointment with me.


Yes, this is an option if you are based in London. If you prefer face to face contact, we can discuss this in more detail in your initial consultation.


You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance; any changes or cancellations after this time will be subject to a 50% charge.
